You ask "what do you do?" You know the answer already. The ball is in her
court, as they say. You offered options and they were right on. The next
move is the mom's and she makes the decision. She will contact you if
interested in any further help.
My guess is that she will contact you at some later date, saying she is
losing her milk supply. Again, you will give her the recommended
interventions and she will decide if/how much to implement.
As a bf helper or Lc, know that you acted quite appropriately. Now, move on
to the next mom.
