Hi all,
I received many replies regarding how to travel with a 2 month old. Jo-Ann, the mom originally asked me how she could "leave" her baby and resume bf. I initially told her that IMHO leaving a 2 month old has nothing to do with Bf. but the actual emotional problem involved in leaving baby for 4 days. I could hear that the mom was interested in hearing more and that most of her fears were probably coming from without (i.e. parents, in-laws, etc...) I offered to send this query to give her the encouragement and knowledge that people who give birth in cold countries do not hibernate!!
In the end, she called me to tell me that the 3 are leaving today for London and she is thrilled!! (P.G. she should arrive home safely, not trip on any potholes, not get mugged or I am in deep trouble!! LOL)
thanks,
ellen
