The first thing that came to mind (assuming baby isn't nursing constantly
because it isn't moving milk well) was the old LLL story of the two mothers,
one of whom said, "Aaugh!  It's been terrible!  If I'm not feeding him or
holding him, he's crying!" and the other who said "It's been so easy!  All I
have to do is feed him and hold him and he's happy as a clam!"

I know I spent my 1st 6 weeks trying to "escape the baby" - get him to sleep
in another room, get him to live out of my arms, get him to fit some kind of
pattern.  It was amazing how much easier life got when I just let the two of
us fuse.  A lot of it has to do with expectations...

But first, I'd make sure the baby is growing well.
