Great project, Marsha!

First step is to get rid of the nursery.

It's not needed, surely?

The space can be used for records, mothers' chill-out room, office
space...whatever.

Most UK maternity units don't have nurserys any more - we don't miss 'em!

Any medical/nursing input the baby needs is done with mother there,
by her bed - I would love to say in her arms, but that's not always
the case : (
