Thanks so much for sharing about how you have learned to comfort and nurture
yourself. It is so important in my life, it helps me get through the
difficulties.
I also wanted to suggest to those who can't afford private therapy to look
into the university doctoral programs for therapists. I was seeing someone
at my local university, who was a seasoned therapist, enrolled in the
doctoral program. The cost was on a sliding scale, very, very reasonable. I
think it started at $10 per session. The only drawback is the therapist is
only there for a year, then I had to change to another therapist. It helped
me so much, even with two different therapists.
