I don't know about rosemary and thyme in this respect-only as song
lyrics, but what I have heard is parsley, sage and peppermint can have a
milk reducing effect for some moms.  I remember them as "PMS" meaning
Parsley, pepperMint and Sage.  On several occasions, moms have expressed
concern over a dwindling supply and I learn they have been chewing
Altoids (a popular peppermint candy) almost like popcorn!  As soon as
they stop the Altoids, the supply returns.  Some LCs have noted an
increase in "low milk" calls after Thanksgiving, when turkey with sage
dressing is a popular dish.
Just as fenugreek etc don't increase supply for everyone who tries them,
not every mom who consumes a lot of these "antigalactagogues" will note
a decrease in supply.
