I've had several breastfeeding moms with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Each
one has varying amounts of milk.  Reglan helps a little to increase the milk
supply, but not enough to totally breastfeed. In the past, I've had moms
feeding frequently, pumping with a hospital grade pump, taking Fenugreek and
or Reglan. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
