I've had one mom with bulemia who had a huge milk supply and a very
strong MER, she could spontaneously spray milk across the room when
actively bingeing and purging.  Baby did well once we worked out a
management strategy that both mom and baby could live with.  Sounds like
your patient has a more severe case, this mom was largely able to
control her purging during pregnancy.
