May I suggest that your friend take a look at the adoptive nursing
discussion board at parentsplace.com?  When I was ready to let go of my
big freezer stash, a friend directed me there, and I was able to
immediately find an adoptive mom who would pay shipping for me to send
her my milk (which she will, I assume, pasteurize, since we are
strangers).  Those parents may have some good ideas about locating
donors, and donors may post to the board.
