Hi Jessica and all.
Great about abandoning the blanket recommendation for Vit D. Especially here in Israel, where the sun shines nearly all year round, one doesn't really need added Vit. D. but what happens when the recommendation is for A & D and it comes together in the bottle!!
What is the latest on vit. A? Did a search and found E, K and D, but no A. Anybody know of scientific evidence to support NOT giving it?

thanks,
ellen shein, in summery sunny Tel Aviv
