Perhaps not quite on topic, but this discussion reminded me of a cute
story from many years ago.  A neighbor with a 5 month-old was diagnosed
with cancer and had to undergo some severe treatments.  Her baby was
nursing a lot, so she reluctantly put him on a bottle.  He had been
regularly nursing from both sides.  After that he would take about half
the bottle, sit up, turn around and finish the bottle "on the other
side"!
