and I developed that Red Flag list awhile back.  You can also find it in
Counseling the Nursing Mother by Lauwers & Shinskie.  Linda & I are currently
working to update it to make it a more useful tool for lactation consultants
when working with mothers.    We also did an article on it in the March, 1999
issue of Clinical Issues in Lactation which was published by BSC.
