Yes, I see your point here too.  My thought was to provide tips (for an
older toddler, i.e. one over 2 yrs or so) on distraction (which we know
is a weaning factor for some children) but also to tell the moms that if
they feel comfortable nursing their 2 or 3 year old in public then
that's ok, and that's for them to decide.
