I need some advice regarding a mom that has the excess lipase problem with
her EBM, but works fulltime and it isn't possible to scald the milk during
the day. By the time she gets home from work, the milk she has pumped that
day has already long taken on the bitter soapy taste.

There is also concern for what all is being "killed" in the breastmilk with
scalding in order to kill the enzyme causing the taste change.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
