I also had a "clicker" -- my youngest.  Started out at 9 lbs. 2.5 oz.,
doubled his birth weight in 3 months, weighed 27 pounds a year.  Now 10
years old, the size of a 12 year old.  He clicked a lot during the first
four to six months (I don't actually remember when he stopped clicking).  No
sore nipples, no problems with weight gain, happy baby.
