I still have the glass and rubber "bicycle horn" pump I used 36 years
ago.  What is even scarier is that the same one is still for sale in
some stores (plastic now instead of glass).  I show it as classes to
show what a wider variety is available today and to discuss the hazards
of using any of the "squeeze bulb" type pumps-namely, can be rough on
nipples and there's no way to be sure the inside of the bulb is clean.
