Well said, Susan.  I don't see a problem with paying donors for breastmilk.
People donate blood products to the Red Cross, but they sell them to the
plasma centers - lots of my friends in college made money that way.  People
get a priceless product, and donors are compensated for their time.

Maybe that's the way to do it - donors are not paid for the milk itself,
they are paid for the time it takes them to express and deliver it.
