The implication came from several posts.
I am speaking of the money some folks are making selling various products,
selling written pieces, etc. which in their opinions support breastfeeding.
I don't know any LCs who can support their LC businesses without these
ventures.
Of course I do not support taking subsidies from companies who discourage
breastefeeding by product or deed. Pump companies, baby product companies
and other businesses like those are the gray areas in my opinion - sorry that
was not clear. That is where I feel all LCs and other lactation support
people must make individual decisions based on their own situations.
And I also agree - LCs should be able to make a handsome living off of their
lactation suppport skills. And a tax break would be great too!
