Feeding, I think....certainly not breastfeeding.
I think we'd also say 'nursing', though 'nursing' a baby usually
means just cuddling/rocking/soothing. My late FIL who *loved* being a
grandparent would say to a fretful baby or child, 'ahhhh...come to
grandpa and have a nurse....!'
