Karen wrote about a baby who is having difficulty feeding, with the
exception of the middle of the night feeds.  I agree with the others
who've written in that this baby sounds like he should be examined by a
specialist for other problems.

I just wanted to also make a suggestion.  The mother could try to recreate
a very similar environment that the babe experiences at night.  Quiet,
darkened room, same feeding location, and eliminate any distractions.
This baby sounds very sensitive to me.
