In Katie's Allison Granju's 1999 Salon Magazine Article ,  "Formula for
disaster"  she states that Cunningham has published studies which have found
that the rate of hospitalization  for the breastfed child is 5/1000 compared
to 77/1000 for the formula fed infant.  Is any one aware of where he
published this study?  If not can anyone give me some contact info for him?
