The Nestle boycott is ongoing due to its continued violations of the Code.
You can find more information about it from many places on the web,
including Baby Milk Action (http://www.babymilkaction.org). Baby Milk
Action is "A nonprofit organization working to halt the unethical promotion
of artificial infant feeding and to protect and promote good infant
nutrition." Infant Feeding Action Coalition (INFACT) Canada also has
information on it (http://www.infactcanada.ca). "INFACT is a
non-governmental, nonprofit organization that supports and protects
breastfeeding in Canada...monitors and critiques marketing practices of the
infant-feeding industry in accordance with the WHO/UNICEF International
Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes..."

Hope this helps,
