You did not mention any other treatments for Raynaud's such as; heat to the
nipples and avoidance to dramatic temperature changes. The temperature
changes can be even as subtle as opening the blouse or coming out of a warm
shower.
Another approach I have wondered about and maybe those out in Lactnet can
respond is: the use of acupuncture or acupressure for treatment of Raynaud's?
There may also be a homeopathic approach that someone could offer.
Many of the mothers who I have worked with use the heat and then just put up
with the pain. I look forward to the responses.
