In an effort to possibly coordinate efforts for WBW and to increase communication in general, the Upstate Breastfeeding Consortium (New York) would like to know what other networks/coalitions there are in this state.  Areas so far in contact are: WNY, Rochester, CNY, Oswego, Mohawk Valley, W/P/R.  We have attempted to contact Southern Tier.
