Ellen,
We went through a local medical supply house to get #5 French tubing, not
in bulk, but individually packaged.  It's called "premature infant
feeding tube", plastic, 5 Fr., 15" long (38.1 cm).  Brand name is Davol,
reorder # is 0036400.  I am in private practice and it's certainly harder
to come up with equipment that hospital based LC's take for granted.
