Pat, I think it depends on how you put the bottle nipple on. W/ the Avent,
you have to put the dome on the nipple first, and then screw it on the bottle
using the dome. When the dome slides, then it is tight enough. If you put
it on in the traditional way (tightening it by the ring) then it it too tight
and either it flows too fast or it leaks.
