I just wanted to add that besides Pugh's initials (LC) this abstract
proves that whatever Pugh says about tea bags is worth reading:

For those of us who need evidence to support the experience, there it
is. Perhaps it will also help LCs in hospitals in which co-sleeping is
not part of routine postpartum care. Once side-lying is accepted, the
results will be obvious... zzzzz.
