I often see lactnet members posting frustrations with other health
professionals, formula marketing etc.
Well this morning my local hospital wrote me that their senior pediatric
dietician is to remove some and eventually all formula sponsored material
from the paediatric department. It turned out they had already had a meeting
and decided to do this but looks like they hadn't quite got it to the top of
their priority list.
Sometimes the door is not just unlocked but actually slightly ajar and you
just have to make that final tiny push.

My letter requesting this asked that it be done as a mark of respect to
those using and working in the new breast cancer unit at the hospital.
