Gail,
I suggest to mothers that they drink the tea iced or tepid. It is easier to belt down a glass cool than hot. I do that with the green tea I tell myself to drink all the time. Now from what I understand is that to elicit the utmost ingrediants from teas they should be brewed then allowed to cool. Sun tea isn't as good as brewed.
