Have they ruled out vagus nerve compression (misaligned bones at the jugular
foramen?)  In our town, we are fortunate to have a Doctor of Osteopathy who
does cranial manipulation and can solve many of these seemingly unrelated
problems without drugs or invasive procedure.  I posted a number of articles
