In response to the question about hospital based boutiques, we sell many
types of pumps. WE carry some A---t handpumps, N------III, H--------, and
M-----. We also try to carry parts for these. Our biggest seller is the
M------ PNS We only rent the M------,Lactinas and Classics. What started
out to be a lactation center looks more like a cute baby gift shop, as the
Womens auxillary got involved and the main hospital gift shop orders baby
clothes, toys, teddy bears, etc. Lots of cute things for new grandmas to buy!
In the other half of the store we carry several types of nursing bras, a few
nursing nightgowns and shirts, herbs, lansinoh, baby carriers, books and a
wide variety of other products (mostly M-----). As far as I know though
they(M-----) didn't have anything to do with ssetting up the store and we
didn't get any special prices from them. WE have an LC on duty from 10-6
for consults weight checks.latch checks and bra fittings and a full time
manager/retail person. I love working there!
