I see no problem with it if mom changes positions so baby's eyes
strengthen to both sides (they love to look at mom while nursing). I
generally tell twin moms there are many ways to do it:
1. Switch which one gets which side each feeding
2. Switch each day
3. Switch on some other "schedule"
4. Switch whenever you feel like having some variety
5. Never switch
The only time I encourage regular switching is if one is a strong nurser
and the other more "wishy-washy" in the early weeks so she can build up
a good supply on both sides. Otherwise, there aren't any rules.
