Nicole,
Hair loss which may seem quite severe to the mother can still be normal. But,
excessive hair loss can also be a symptom of hypothyroidism--is this a
possibility? There are certainly nutrients, like biotin or silica, which
affect hair health and she may well be deficient in one of these.
Constitutional homeopathy can be helpful, but she needs to see a homeopath.
So can acupuncture--really anything which is balancing and restores harmony
to the body.
