The UNICEF BFI has launched the Baby Friendly Community Award - it's
active in the UK, but I have no idea about other places.

Here it is awarded to anywhere - usually a healthcare trust that
manages primary care services -  that follows the designated 7 steps
to being Baby Friendly in the Community.

It is quite new - only a few places have the award/

I don't know if the phrase is copyrighted or trade marked.
