I knew a mom who traveled extensively in the US and was able to ship her
breastmilk overnight via FedEx, using cooler-type packaging. Once the
package arrived, her husband would freeze the milk immediately. Sorry I
don't recall all the details, and have lost touch with the mom.

I have heard other mothers use dry ice, but obtaining the dry ice might be
problematic, depending on where she is traveling.
