Is it possible to contract coxsackie on the nipples? My first thought when
you mentioned the blisters in the baby's mouth was coxsackie. Otherwise, it
sounds to me like mom is dealing with thrush. She could try Gentian Violet
1% in the mouth and on the nipples. If it is thrush, she will probably
notice almost immediate results.
