I have a request from a pediatrician for the best references to read on how
to promote breastfeeding among low-income mothers.  He is also interested in
copies of the specific surveys people have used to determine why women
choose bottle-feeding.  Does anyone know, right off hand, if there are a few
good references for this doctor?  Maybe publications from WellStart or
BestStart or does USDA/WIC have something about promoting bf in low-income
populations?  I'm thinking here more of how-to manuals than the original
research publications on specific studies.
