Good discussion of frost free etc issues leading to bad smelling milk. I
believe the enzyme is lipase, not lactase, though, that leads to the
breakdown of the milk and the bad smell. Also wanted to say that some milk
storage bags are not meant for freezer use. Just like "ziploc" food bags,
some are for carrying sandwiches to work, and some have a stronger or
thicker construction (mil?) designed for freezer use.
