This is true.  Besides, there are a lot of people who are sensitive to
either wheat and/or milk, and some of them have babies who are (without
actually saying that moms "have to avoid X or Y" when nursing, of
course!).  A place with a wide variety of meals, including perhaps
salads of the bean type, rice meals, etc. would probably be great...

Who was it who said their birth centre gives away bottles of water
(sports bottles) saying that when bf, it is the MOM who needs a bottle
(of water handy), not the baby?  I do remember hearing that here on
Lactnet and thought it was a very very good idea considering that
bottles of water are hardly expensive.  I know I mentioned it to our
president when we were making suggestions for items to give to moms
during WBW.
