There are 3 pathways. "B" requires college hours equivalent to a Bachelors. I have the hours but not the degree (long story). According to IBLCE I still qualify to use this pathway. I THINK the "A" pathway requires lots more direct experience (without the college hours), "C" is for those with masters level education or above (or for anyone who can demonstrate complete understanding of the pathway system ;~/ LOL).
