Thank you for all the intriguing thoughts you sent in concerning research on
mothering. I enjoy your messages so much! You were very clear about
attachment-parenting mothering being a biological survival mechanism which
may have become sabotaged by culture. I have had some similar thoughts
about the choices mothers are encouraged to make about infant feeding, and
in particular whether the existing human rights documents reflect what I see
as the infant's biological right to be breastfed, rather than the mother's
right to choose *not* to breastfeed. Would you have any response to this
similar issue?
