CICL is a neat journal (no financial interest altho I am an assoc. editor).
It provides a place for practicing LCs to share clinically oriented
lactation research.  I know I am always beating the drum about supporting
our organizations, but that means also reading and supporting the journals
that educate us.  I use the public library rather than buy books for
pleasure reading so I can afford to buy journals.
