Gail Hertz' letter to the staff of her hospital on care for mothers post
caesarean was a pleasure to read.
I am sure the staff appreciated it, and I certainly appreciated you sharing
it.  Would that more of us took the time to say something when we are
pleased, and how wonderful if all of us said it as concisely, specifically
and warmly as you did, Gail.
