Umm, no, Kerry, I'm not confusing them. I use Blessed Thistle a lot. And
Milk Thistle IS a galactogogue. This mom I'm working w/ is already on Milk
Thistle for her liver -- just figured we'd get two birds w/ one stone, so to
speak. And it is my understanding that Dr. LowDog recommends Milk Thistle
almost exclusively (though that comes from someone else that heard her speak
-- not first hand from me hearing her speak). I just need the dosage.
