Is milk transfer efficient?  I know baby appears to be gaining enough as
evidenced by size, but if baby is "nursing all the time" maybe transfer
isn't efficient.  On the other hand maybe he is just one of those kids who
hang out at the breast and there isn't much to do to effect a change.  Teach
her to use a sling :-)  The whole situation sounds dreadful - good luck!
