Check Hale's "Clinical Therapy in Breastfeeding Patients." Page 166-67,
regarding treatment for Scabies and Pediculosis. Permethrin is sold under the
trade names of Nix, Elemite, A-200, Pryrinex and Pyrinyl. "absorption through
the skin is less than 2% and is rapidly metabolized and exreted. IT IS VERY
UNLIKELY TO ENTER MILK.
I don't think this lady needs to pump and dump at all.
