Oops I guess it never pays to get in a hurry, does it! The first sentence
of the second paragraph from the letter-to-the-editor that I posted
yesterday should read,
First, it is a known fact that diabetic women who are breastfeeding have a
decreased need for insulin.
I sent this correction also to the editor. I had proofread it, though only
once. Funny how your eyes play tricks on you. Because I knew what I meant,
I read words that weren't there! Thanks to the editors among us for
pointing this out to me!
