I agree with Sharon, that IBCLC's need a wider breadth of knowledge.
This is not medicalizing breastfeeding, after all, we are notX-X-Mozilla-Status: 0009 is going normally.  We do need the skills to help when
there is something wrong with mom, something wrong with baby, or some
stress in the family situation that depletes everyone's resources and
makes learning the parental role harder.
