    A while ago there was a British health directive, advising pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers to avoid eating peanut products, because of the increase in peanut allergy in children.  It might be well to keep this in mind.
   Years ago, many of us ate lots of peanut butter or peanuts, thinking it was "good" for breastfeeding Mums!  It was the in thing.
