Hey Jean, they show the *internal* aspects of this process on either the
Learning Channel or the Discovery Channel, using a little camera on the end
of a little tube, like they use to show some surgeries or other internal body
parts.
When the technology advances come up with a small enough camera and tube to
be threaded up a nipple pore (Ouch!) and duct, *painlessly*, and or with some
anesthetic, then we might could see some internal MER in action.
